Burn an hour every Sunday at 12 noon with MotorMouth Radio! The New York based Car Show that puts a smile to your ear!! Ray Guarino, Chris Switzer and Joe D. grab hold of the microphones, and get under the hood with listeners to answer questions and talk about anything with a motor.

Ray, Chris and Joe cover everything that has to do with cars, bikes, snowmobiles, and boats. They've even repaired an occasional washing machine!

MotorMouth Radio is not your typical automotive info show! They didn't just learn what they know by sitting in a classroom - they've probably burned it, dented it, or broke it in half! If it's happening at the dealership, shop, or in the backyard garage -  Ray, Chris and Joe are laughing about it.

The show officially started on January 6, 2002 by Chris Switzer after Rob Leonard of WHPC 90.3-FM "prodded" him to broadcast as a solo act. Finding that to be a bit of a grind, Chris brought in a car-guy friend, Tony Trincilla as a co-host. Tony ran a short course but was a big help, and before closing shop as a solo act Chris brought in former TV show host Steve “The Bronc” Broncatello to help with the heavy lifting. Bronc brought in another TV host who did a motorcycle repair show, and the team of Chris, The Bronc and Mike “Mikey T” Timmons was created. In 2004 Bronc retired from his full time gig and moved West, and the power trio comprising Chris, Mikey T. and Ray Guarino was formed.

Starting in 2010 there was a montage played at the start of every MotorMouth Radio Show. That montage is what Chris & Ray affectionately called the "Promo." These promos were created by Chris with audio clips taken from live calls to the radio show and became a signature of the warm interaction the boys shared with their dedicated listeners.

In 2015 a regular caller who had turned into the MMR “eye in the sky” tech advisor, Joe D. joined our duo in the studio to provide the most up-to-date service repair and diagnostic information the show has ever had. In 2016 after Chris stepped back from the show, Ray & Joe re-formed to include a heavy dose of shop talk coupled with a dose of classis rock as their signature statement. The boys leaned on their Oregonian friend, author, and musician Scotty Gosson to create a new show opener for them…with one caveat, it had to exude the heart and soul of what MotorMouth Radio embodied.

Recorded live by the Scotty Gosson Combo in the retro style that hearkened back to the AM radio dragstrip commercials heard across the land in the 60’s and 70’s, the new show opener was born. Give a listen to this one minute gem and you'll know where we're all coming from as it's a real education. Now let's do a burnout on the automotive asphalt and rocket into the next segment of the show....we never know where it’s going to take us and you, the gearhead listener.
