It's all about brakes, specifically, the switch over from DOT 5 to DOT 4 in Pirate Paul's Dune Buggy since it was found out that the DOT 5 stuff causes brake light switch failures. Chinese vs German wheel cylinder quality was also addressed with startling results being revealed!
